30-Day Return Policy

Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Include all original packaging, accessories, paperwork, and promotional items
• Show no signs of carry, cutting, sharpening, modification, or disassembly
• Be returned with proof of purchase
• Custom or one-of-a-kind knives may be subject to 10% restocking fee

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

• Limited edition items unless defective
• Special order products
• Engraved or otherwise personalized products
• Knife sharpening services
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of use, sharpening, carry, or modification

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll work with you to determine the best solution, which may include:

Exchange
Refund
Manufacturer warranty assistance

Please do not return defective merchandise without contacting us first, as many manufacturers have specific warranty procedures that may provide the fastest resolution.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label whenever applicable.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

• 1–3 business days for inspection after delivery
• 3–7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund

Packaging Your Return

• Secure the knife in its original packaging.
• Place the original packaging inside a sturdy shipping box.
• Do not apply shipping labels directly to the manufacturer’s box.

Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs due to insufficient packaging.
